Browse Forums General Discussion 1 Jan 07, 2013 11:54 am My husband and I have paid our deposit and everything was sent off at the end of November. We're still waiting to hear from them in relation to our studio appt etc With Christmas etc leading up and also us having quite a few changes in the house it's all taking a little longer. We are rather impatient though and are wondering if anyone knows what the current Cat 1 colours are? We are hoping to stick to the Cat 1 as we don't want to compromise other things that we have put in the house. Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks! We signed up a few months back... we are still awaiting our prelim appointment. It has been nothing but frustrations so far... lack of communication, disorganised... etc.... hope you have a smoother run!.. Re: Brick Range - Cat 1 Metr!con 3Jan 07, 2013 4:42 pm Our sales consultant has been rather slack many times and was supposed to be in contact today to let us know where everything is at. I'll be on the phone tomorrow to find out what's happening! Our block settles in early Feb, so we want to start as soon as possible and want them to get moving We had a look at brick places this arvo and asked them for the M range and it seems Selkirk are the only Cat 1 bricks. I hope things start moving along for you soon. Are you in Vic? Re: Brick Range - Cat 1 Metr!con 6Jan 08, 2013 5:10 pm That would be fantastic if you could tmv! We're after lighter, so hopefully we cand find one we like and don't have to upgrade so we can spend that money elsewhere!! Thanks for the info Novice8!! It's been 8 months since our deposit and 10 weeks since land settlement and yet, still waiting for the prelim appointment. Putting it simply, it would take a miraculous turn around to save this... Re: Brick Range - Cat 1 Metr!con 10Jan 16, 2013 12:31 pm Oh you're kidding?! What a nightmare. I've just emailed our sales consultant again this morning to try and put a cracker up their backsides. We're getting fed up now. Especially with just hearing .... Everything is underway. How long can it be underway for?!? Feel free to PM me if you like, maybe we can vent our frustrations that way! Would love to hear about what house you've chosen! How do you remove one of these ceiling air con vents? And is it possible to disconnect the duct joined to the vent from inside the house, without going into the roof cavity? 0 5828 Just to makea point about this, an approach that some people have found sucessful in negotiating these rises down, Is to provide some workings to the builder, specifying… 4 81556 Hi all, sorting out the ducted air con for a 350sqm double story house.
