Browse Forums General Discussion 1 Dec 26, 2012 3:12 pm I bought a home in NSW and there's no road in front of my home since the builders didn't acquire the property in front to finish the road yet. They completed construction a few days ago and I was allowed to go inside the property for the first time last weekend. I have seen the from the front there's no pathway to the property. They didn't even put few slabs from the street to the porch. therefore we will have to walk over the grass/lawn to get into the property from the front. Is this a violation of the construction regulation? I thought there would be a few slabs at least to provide us access to the property from the road so that we can at least get into the property without getting wet shoes at least on a rainy day. Do you have any idea whether there is any such regulation to get the builders to fix it?
