(I have whilte tiles)? I assume you've already asked the builder to rectify the problem? If not, that's your first step. Did you document the broken window at the time it happened? A written request to your builder, asking that the grout be replaced would be your first step in any dispute. It would be helpful if you have photographic evidence from when the tiles were first laid, the broken window, and the subsequent discolouration. Dates of events are important too, in any claim for rectification works. As for your mis-tints, I have to agree with uncle arfur...always use a proper paint retailer, not the big green shed.
