Browse Forums General Discussion 1 Dec 15, 2012 5:24 pm Dear All, Just created an account in forum.homeone.com.au. I am planning to build a home in one of the land located near Pacific highway in Hornsby. I know it is little challenging because of two factors. One is that land is located within Hornsby Council which has more restrictions. Second, it is located near Pacific HWY which has traffic/material handling issues... ie. House cost goes high. Interesting things to be come out...will post soon. Re: Building near Pacific Highway in Hornsby -- From Beginin 2Dec 15, 2012 10:50 pm welcome. I use to live in Hornsby a long time ago.
