I suppose if your credit card limit was sufficient I can't see why you couldn't. I know someone who paid each of their build installments with their credit card then paid it off after they drew down on the house loan. I wish we could do that to get the points! That would'nt be the case with a credit card so I would think that from a legislative standpoint you would not be able to do this. We wanted to buy our car on credit card but we were not allowed. For the extra fee it was not worth it for us, so we paid by EFT. So even if you could buy land/house etc on credit card, first ask what their processing fee is.
