ITs where the gyprock under the eaves meets up with the walls (bricks). The edge doesnt look very nice or finished and needs something put around the edge of the brickwork to finish it off. Some don't put anything, some only use something to finish where the external render meets the eave/hardiflex. Some may use quad, Scotia, meranti........
