Browse Forums General Discussion 1 Nov 23, 2012 11:54 am I have a questions about when builder (or his tradespeople more like it) do damage to an area outside the site, like the crossover and nature strip. Does the builder have to fix that.. our crossover has had parts of it chipped off from the trucks over it and the nature strip is all damaged because of the skip bin and the rubbish over it.. If they are responsible to fix it, is that done before or after handover? Most builders will put it in the pci report and get the council to fix it. Either way just tell your builder and they should take care of it.
