Browse Forums General Discussion 1 Nov 11, 2012 1:57 pm Hi, first time poster here, not sure how many people on this forum have actually had a pleasant experience with WA Housing. Unfortunatley ours has been nothing short of painful, everytime we seem to go forward they always seem to have stuffed it up again or haven't followed through with anything. it is at the point that there is actually no one we can talk with who will take any responsiblity for there actions, I'm not going to post the long version of events but never again will we be using this company again, we move into the build stage next with BGC residential and I'm not holding my breath expecting any type of miracles here either. We started this process way back in Feb 2012 and are only just finishing the fianl plans as we speak, although they have again stuffed this up, we are not going to pay the $750 to ammend it when it's there fault. Wish we could just walk away from it all, find and Architect And builder and do it ourselves. No proffessionalism with this company and I would stay well clear of them.
