Browse Forums General Discussion 1 Nov 09, 2012 12:27 pm Hi, we are getting a new pool (yay)! and I have just been told by our pool builder that if we don't find a free dump site for our 120m3 soil then we will be up for some decent $$ to dump it. Anyone know of any little secrets in Brisbane for me to get rid of this soil? It will be great clean fill. Anyone need any soil at the end of November??? Thanks for your help. Try it, it may be of some help, as there are always people looking for fill. Re: Free Soil Dump Sites Brisbane? 4Nov 10, 2012 7:41 am Sorry to hear they closed down that site, Ok, there is this one www.needdirt.com.au I checked & it's still active. You just need to become a member ( free to join ) & click on the state you live in. There are two categories, people who need dirt ( which is what you want ) & others who are giving it away. You can either put in an ad & wait for someone to contact you, or you contact those who want dirt. It's all a free service. I hope this helps. I have tried it, & it does work.
