Just bought some tools

Have hardly done any DIY so far, but today i went to buy a few cordless tools.
-Ryobi cordless 3 speed hammer drill CID183L $107
-Ryobi cordless jigsaw CJS1802K (+2 battery + charger) $119 (but thinking to exchange it to reciprocating saw $102)
-204 Bit drill set $49.95
-safety goggle $5

Too excited with the tools and had tried them. I have drill two 10 inch hole. Need practice in case i need to drill hole for the pre-wiring.

if you are planning on doing allot of drilling for prewire with a spade bit you will find your batteries might run down at a quick rate. Might want to consider a cheap piece of **** corded you can throw away after the job (also if you hit a nail and jam it you wount care) spade bits do well with speed so the fact the cheap drills have no toque shouldnt matter.

Also are they 18 volt i noticed 18 in the model numbers if so so jealous saving up for a pair of bosch 18 drills cordless and impact so am stuck with a borrowed 12 volt no name

I have the Bosch 18V cordless which comes with the 2 batteries. When working on the house putting holes in the frame for the speaker wires it was invaluable.

Buying good tool is a money saver in the long run. That's my justification for buying good tools...
