I have a device which pumps water through some PVC tubing. The device was dropped which I think has caused a small hairline fracture. I've tried using silicone and other sealants, but the crack appears to be slowly growing. The pressure is low, so I don't think that's causing the crack to grow.
If I drill a small hole at the head of the crack and seal that, would that prevent the crack from growing?
Any other suggestions?
