LOL its 4570 x 1510 and fully built in. It has2 mirrors that spin around and on the back are shoe racks...mmmm
Its not as big as I wanted, I'm still trying to convince DH that he wont fit and can he have the linen press in the hall

7 weeks and I'll be in armed with the camera, you will have more I promise (and ones of the WIR!!)

Don't forget we still need to put on the extension, so I'm sure I'll go through some of the headaches of the building process (like get off my garden you damn builders

Congrats, the house looks great as as everyone before has said, no need to worry about the planning, budgeting and building. At least you now have a definite move in date compared to those of us who are building and still waiting for a handover date.

Whilst, it might be a downside of not being able to select everything you want, it makes things so much easier as you do not have to worry about those selections. Trouble is, you just don't know where to stop with the upgrades.....

...and of course a girl needs new towels, to replace the old tatty ones :wink:

as well as a new dinner setting because the old one is chipping and while we are there may as well buy , 8 crystal champagne flutes to make the dinner table look extra special...at least that is what I have told Mr B

Yes, us poor males have difficulties keeping up and can't win against the shopping.

For me it's the shoes. It's either boots year, flats year or heels year.....

Love the alfresco area!
I've always wanted to have that kind of timber ceiling to the alfresco!
At least you won't experience the stressful (though exciting) journey of building your dream home.

You have bought a really stunning home. Wow....heaps better than going thru all the pain of building... waiting another year .. you have it all NOW!!

I wish you every happiness and good times in your new home. Didnt read your post only saw your changed Avatar and thought.. "Oh why hasnt she got the Polliform wardrobe... whats the new inspiration? and .... it turned out to be your NEw home!!!

The finishes on your new home seem so lovely. What is the ceiling ( lowered at the perimeter called?) coffered? ceiling. looks great! timber in alfresco.. and just a fabulous kitchen.!!!

Pls post more photos of all the fab custom designed stuff... I cant wait to see swivel mirrors with shoe rack behind them ???? out of this world would love to have that ... wonder about the cost.

(BTW I went to see the Poliform showroom in Sydney thanks to you... which I just absolutely loved.)

LOL Dont you worry it also includes new bed linen, washer and dryer, art work, I may even squeeze in new cutlery (although dont need it, it will have to be a sneeky one

I'm very excited now, have got past the panic of "s**t what have I done".
I still have to build the rumpus and spare room, so I guess I still get a little building experience - although it will be a matter of sayin g copy the rest of the house

Congratulations Paula (somehow I missed this thread earlier...). It looks absolutely stunning! Love the facade...do you know if they are Daniel Robertson bricks? That's pretty much the colours I'm attempting to achieve for my facade..when the times comes along.

Love the bright interior and all the fittings, looks so clean and fresh! Love the bulkheads, love the alfresco, love the built in cupboards!! I guess your current TV won't fit in the space...damn, hey, you'll just have to buy another

Roll on 7 weeks! Can't wait to see what you have install for it...stunning!!!

Looks like something straight out of a magazine. Very impressive.

Just one thing: Are they poplar trees in a line down the side ? If they are poplars then it might be wise to get rid of them now. They're beautiful trees, but deadly to drains, they grow to enormous height, will flood your roof with leaves and, if chopped down when big, will sprout hundreds of little poplars all over your yard.

On the other hand if they're not poplars ignore all the above ! :lol:
