As its under 10m2 I don't need council permits and being under 2.4m high I can build within the usual 1m setback but how close can I go?? But pretty much (depending on your council), because your structure is under 10m2 and not made of brick, it does not fall under the building regulations and therefore you can put it anywhere you want.
