It was good to go and check it out on Sunday, however there was a train I was going to catch 12:24PM it was delayed till like 1:09PM, sadly there was a fatality on the line at Yarraman Station just after Dandenong. Bus replacements between Dandenong and Westall Station. So instead I just drove into the city!

I went today to stage 13 and almost all the temporary fences have been removed.
The orange conduits still sticking out of the ground

I'd imagine those orange conduits would be full up with water with all that rain we've experienced recently! , I've got over 90mm since Sunday !!!

Has anyone got one of those blocks that is like only 200sqm , is it going to be townhouses built on those tiny land sizes?

All temporary fences have been removed and the optic fibre guys are working this afternoon at the intersection of bluemist and mimca avenue..
We should be very close from the registration office. Cross your fingures

Savewater they look really good for investments or first home buyers.
I don't think that they will be very cheap they have covenants as everyone else plus the double story design covenants.

Yeah maybe they will look similar to the townhouse style ones that exist in Lynbrook, with heritage style balconies etc. Nice and close to those big trees that they have left standing tall

Stage 13 looks good to me, with the connected roads done to Bluemist and no more temporary fences! Also shopping centre complex and residents facility too. Full steam ahead for the sports ovals and pavillion site near the wetlands. By the looks of things one or both of the ovals will be lit up with lighting too !

I've got a little block and mine is a Porter Davis home, the Kinsmead I. They have a party wall joining them but I think a few are different but possibly all Porter Davis.

Pd just told me that the developer has Changed electrical requirements in stage 13. Anyone hear about this?? Also they are trying to slug me with the price matrix as site start was supposed to be oct last year and now it's may. Anyone else having been told this? I'm not happy and won't be paying Watever increase in price. They can seek it off the developer.
