Wow that is hilarious, especially after what I read in the local rag quoting a Villawood director. He actually mentioned how they dont offer gimmicks like landscaping because they are serious about making a real difference to purchasers...

I guess they werent so serious when they sold us our block with the rip off $2500 landscaping package.

Michaelrezk the other day when I did my visit to stage 13 the roads were not complete that connect up to Bluemist. Also notable is how silly having similar street names.
ALBA and ALBIDA . No prizes for guessing how many stuff ups with postage delivery there will be!
Those houses close to the brush fence will hear how loud the cocky's in the evening get!

Gents Villawood has agreed with PD to cover any more rises in the buildings costs.
The settlements will be delayed untill May !!!!!

Who did you hear this from. Seems that they are telling us different things. Sent an email to Mai Tran on Monday asking for an update on finishing dates. She is giving the same lines as usual, but certainly did not say anything about these costs. We got a letter last week saying settlement will be late April.

I heard it from porter Davis direct and they put it in writing.
I will go on Friday and have a look at the site to see how far they got.

I sent an email to PD on this last night. See if I get a reply, they have also been absolutely disgracesfull in their customer service.

Which local rag, might be interesting to send a follow up letter to the paper letting them and readers know just how satisfied we are with their real difference.

What kind of speeds are ppl experiencing with their ADSL in Marriott Waters?
I'm getting around 7MBS download and 0.40MBPS upload.

Hi

I think anything to do with a waterside land release is an absolute winner. My Uncle is the developer behind Pacific Harbour and Noosa Waters in Queensland so I know from personal experience just how good a waterfront development is.

Well folks,

As of Monday 2nd April, we are no longer residents of Marriott Waters

It was a tough decision, but I think in the end the distance was the killer for us as we do a lot of work nearer to the city.

Here's hoping that MW becomes the estate it's sold to be to the public and that next time we drive by, that there'll be a residents' club, shops, speed humps, and Stage 13 !

Thanks to everyone for your help over the last 2 years.

Had a look see in stage 13 on Thursday daytime and not much going on there compared to the shopping centre site! Infact I got "oi mated" by some tradies in stage 13 area. Lol

average around 24mbps d/l and u/l 0.86mbps
