What I don't understand is they are a big developer so how can they ruin their reputation by doing that and make it look like a scam...

they hurry u to sign the contract, promise you the world and deliver zero!

I contacted them today and asked again what is the progress but nothing yet.
I was there Friday and there was no work being carried out at all... absoloute bulsh*t

Can someone please check again if anything is happening or they just stopped working.

There were conduit pipes with red wire hanging out of them. There were 2 next to 3 junction boxes yesterday and today I could not see them. Also the big thick cable that was around that reel has been cut up and put through the trenches, capped off and not connected anywhere. I guess/hope connection will happen tomorrow. So over the last 2 days I have seen very small amount of forward movement.

received another letter today from villawood, saying civil contruction will be finished in coming weeks and settlement end of april. i just hope it is the truth this time

I know a few of you have been speaking to Villawood of late, on Monday night I received a phone call with an offer of a $500 landscaping voucher as compensation. Anybody else received an offer?

I wouldn't be too impressed...the bloody thing was supposed to be up and running by 2009!!!!

To be honest they making progress on it more than stage 13 !!!
May be we will get there in few years :roll:

wonder if the current crap weather we are experiencing will be used as another excuse for delay of construction on stage 13 hmmm?
Good to see progress on the ovals and pavillion. Once again on Monday night I saw graders out there levelling it off and this was at 730pm!

I am just hoping they will finish the electric and Telstra work this month.

Yeek, ours cost over $3.5K for grass, native plants, soil, etc - so $500 will at the most buy you a plant or a wheelbarrow of soil - or a couple of strips of lawn !

There always seems to be dirt / gritty sand / gravel on the road along Boland drive opposite the school. Guess this is cos when it rains heavily it just washes off the centre median. Poor design!
My landscaping cost much more than 3.5K ! Damn I hate lilydale toppings !

Good news everybody. Drove down Bluemist at about 4:30 and while the cables are still waiting to be connected, they were working hard on surfacing the 3 streets connecting to Bluemist.

Here you can see how close the servo is on the corner of Thompsons and Westernport Hwy!
It wasn't that long ago that an old tin shed with a dysfunctional windmill with broken blades once stood.
