Anyway hoping for a smoother ride during the construction phase...Cheers Re: Marriott Waters release --> Info / update center 1387May 29, 2012 9:55 am Koptimistic Hi Guys...After 380 days of long wait, the land has finally settled .....There are still issues with the excessive grass and the missing pegs...Btw It was me who escalated the excessive grass issue with Villawood (as Mai was of no help at all)......and Nancy from Villawood directed Mai to get the grass cut....Does anyone know if that has been done ??....Cos the builder will ask for money to get the grass cut (go figure).....And another thing guys make sure the pegs are in place before the builder starts construction...PD told me that they would charge $1000 to place the pegs if they are missing at the time of commencing construction .... I heard you can get a degree in cutting grass now Charge 1000 for missing pegs !! Re: Marriott Waters release --> Info / update center 1391May 30, 2012 1:25 pm Guys not all plots are affected by excessive grass, but the plots on livida circuit and mimica avenue are affected the most. I have heard that after the land settles, villawood have no onus on getting things done. But I will try and follow up with these issues. The only good thing happeinig at MW is, the shopping complex is built at a very rapid pace (and cricket and footy ovals). Re: Marriott Waters release --> Info / update center 1392May 30, 2012 3:21 pm I was there this afternoon no mowing has been done this afternoon. My lot is flat with very little grass but the other side of Livida circuit needs a mow. There was also a man doing soil tests on a few of the lots in Olida Grove. Shopping centre is also moving along very quickly. Re: Marriott Waters release --> Info / update center 1394May 30, 2012 10:25 pm Anyone got a site start date from PD yet ??
