I am playing messenger for the night for one of my friends wanting to know what it would approx cost to re-paint her 3 bedroom townhouse (2 bathrooms) Its an average size,definitely not tiny nor large, just average. Ceiling, walls, skirts, arks and doors?? I had a unite repainted at Christmas for a client, 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom, kitchen and lounge. $2000, and that was under quoted, but he stood by his quote! I think $1000, was extremely cheap, good deal there Paula! Tell your friend, the cheapest quote is not always the best painter. So be careful. I would say, $3000, or around that either side, would be a close call for the price. cost in 2 storey can be more for staircase balustrades etc. woodwork takes longer. ceiling takes the shortest time. best to take 3 quotes.
