What is generally included, what should be included, what are the things which we can take care of ourselves etc. We are doing a small ground floor extension to our terrace, knocking out internal walls, building new external walls, putting in a bathroom and kitchen etc. We have our DA approved and now we are looking to start the tender process in the next few weeks (PM me any recs for Sydney's inner west!).
