Maybe contact them and ask if they can provide their guy, just an idea! How is the house going anyway? Thanks CBPH. Just rang my site supervisor and he was certain that drain inspection was carried out before handover and he told me they didn't find any cracks or leaks but he would not give me any more (report or cd). We moved in about 2 months ago. Had to wait 8 weeks for settlement after PCI in mid April because they had to repoint the whole house. Since we moved in, we have found about 50 defects.. Most of which are extremely minor like chipped tiles, scratches on door handles, paint work issues, faulty powerpoints etc. A handful of those are what I deemed as slightly more major like hairline cracks in cornice in 2 locations so far, hairline cracks in architraves in 3 windows, one bedroom door that won't close and a bowed plaster wall which we didn't realize until the joiner, who was here to do measuring, pointed that out to us. And because of those hairline cracks, i have decided to order a drain inspection regardless, just for our own peace of mind. But yeah overall the house is alright. Can't complain given what's happening to yours. When did those bigger cracks started appearing in your house? Ours started appearing a week after we moved in :/ Scientists have used random matrix theory to demonstrate theoretically that the neutrino mass hierarchy can be explained mathematically.
