I live in the eve estate which is fairly close to it. So ill be interested to see what the land is going for there.

I believe that the smallest blocks were selling in the initial release for $193k. 420m2 blocks $236k.

it might be intro prices as so to speak, just having berwick in the name adds some $$$ to the land price... looks like the area is on a slope... hmmm site cost... wouldn't mind going down to sales office though.

I just cant believe the ACCC hasn't done anything to punish the land developer for deliberately misleading people by calling the estate Berwick waters when it is in fact in Clyde North.

that seems a little expensive especially during these times. Do you know how many blocks have sold?
