Browse Forums General Discussion 1 Jul 11, 2012 12:56 pm Hi all, I have just got confirmation that our demolishing is done. It was initially requested that the main sewer pipes are to be capped off. The demolisher said 'Yes' it's done but you will need to pay a few hundreds dollar extra for the plumber to supple a certificate. Is this true? My understanding is if they called a plumber to do the job (big or small) they will need to provide written evidence/certificate. Any help is much appreciated.
