Re: Building on the boundary 4Jul 01, 2012 9:46 am We looked at closing in a room on the boundary but in the end didnt go through with it after architect advised us that the council wouldnt allow it as it meant more that 60% of the fenceline would be built on. On our architect plans he also had to roof coming back at an angle to allow for up high windows as we couldnt have them at normal height due to looking as we are peering onto the neighbours.
