Even if you want to chase a builder they will refuse to patch a cornice crack on the corner. If they did finally come around to fixing it, all they will do is plaster it up which will only crack at a later stage. You are better of heading down to the local hardware store and buying white flexible sealant and doing it yourself. On the other hand, the leaking bathtub is serious. I would avoid using bath tub for starters until it is fixed. The builder will tend to fob you off but if you whinge loudly and complain and say that you cannot use the bath for your children (you can lie there), then hopefully they will listen.
