Hi, We are currently look at craigieburn and have lands available at both peet (Aston, stage 2) and Highlands (Malcolm creek). Peet is much closer to the criagieburn road, while the hightlands (Malcolm creek) is a bit far. I will be catching public transport daily and wondering if peet is better than highlands. peet land is atleask 20K cheaper than highlands.
Since it closer to craigieburn road is peet home and land better off in the long term for capital growth? or because of the highlands infrastructure are they better ?
Appreciate any comments/views on buying a land in peet vs land in highlands?
Thanks
