Browse Forums General Discussion 1 May 17, 2012 8:11 pm Hi All Looking for some guideance if possible. We have a water coming into our subfloor pooling against the retaining wall to the lower level. I was sure it was a watercourse as we had rain and it seemed to rise when we had rain, however we have had no rain for weeks and it is still coming in at the same rate, I remove around a bathtub full daily with a sump pump. I am now starting to think the watermain or the hydrant at the front of the property nature strip has a leak, We are in the Brisbane City Council area but I am unsure who maintains this infrastructure. Also how can we tell where the water is coming from? it is only a matter of time before it will create structual problems so any advice would be appreciated.
