Browse Forums General Discussion 1 May 16, 2012 2:48 pm we have just had "Drip Doctor" install solar hot water, the system leaked for 8 hours before we detected the leak, subsequently we had major water innundation. The sales/supply/installer, "Drip Doctor", attended promptly and rectified the leak. It was up to us to clean up the mess, remove damaged personal property, arrange for Carpet/water extraction emergency crew to attend. The comment "my Insurance Company will look after everything, but they don't work on weekends" - was of no comfort at all. Much of the structural building damage has been sustained thru the failure to respond to the water innundation, its like a water Main burst under the house. 5 days after detecting the leakage, the "Drip Doctors" Insurance Company have still failed to contact us, any and all recovery and salvage operations have been acheived at our own reliance.
