Last Saturday I went to check out the progress of the house. I believe all plaster and architraves were done. Internal doors were all on... but no front door. The builder's progress site, claims that as of Wednesday, I am at the final stages.

Last Tuesday I had someone check to see if I had a front door on yet and they saw that it was pretty much as I had, only with skirting added. My bank doesn't want to pay up until that door is on.
I asked my CSO about the door and how they could be charging me for lockup. She stated that it's due to the percentage of work done not necessarily based on the completion of a stage.
She went on to add that tiling will start soon

Is it possible that the builder has managed to install the kitchen and vanities AND painted the house in just 2 days??? Or is there a reason why they would not do these before tiling?
I don't think I can believe the information that is being passed onto the CSO by the SS... What are your thoughts?
