If I don't do it, it voids my warranty on the termite mash product in the house. My house was on the boundary of the land, and I offered them every time that the neighbor was cool to let us in their property, I just quickly let them know we'd be going in. The fellow always said, 'nah, don't worry about it', and then he crossed those walls off on the report saying 'he could not access those walls'. This close in the report was voiding my warranty anyway ... It is a great continuity business model for them with a lot of scarcity built into it. Don't get me wrong, I am not complaining, just telling my experience with a similar situation. In the other hand it seems to be a competitive business so don't get me wrong I am not putting the termite and pest control industry down. Just wanted to share my experience Stay frosty.
