Well, the builder has installed downpipes and aggi drains. The water has reduced to almost nil inside the house. It has not rained much in the last 2 weeks so it is hard to say if it is actually fixed the problem. Not sure if it has caused any other damage to the the integrity of the slab. Thanks for your advice. So far i have not noticed any issues with doors and windows.
