Depends on if it's summer or winter But you're right, that's why lining it and insulating may be required, a window in it, etc etc, you need to decide what you want it to be, then work out how you want to to enclose it. Do you need privacy through this wall, no ? Then maybe wall to roof lourves would be nice, open them and let the breeze through in summer, and close them to keep it out in winter. Work out what you want with the space first - then work out how to seal it off as you desire.
