My husband and I are interested in demolishing our house and building on our block early next year and have been looking at Lifestyle Homes as our potential builder.
Does anyone have any experience with or know the reputation of this company? Their finishing seems really good in their display homes and their designs are exactly what we like, but I just want to know of other people's experiences with them, such as build time, price fixing, end quality etc.
Any help would be most appreciated.

north or south in perth. lifestyle is basically summit homes group although they pay a little extra to trades and generally use better fixings and fixtures. as with all project builders in perth your house will be as godd as the available trades.

We have just signed up to build in Baldivis with Lifestyle Homes and so far so good. The sales person has been fantastic and very patient with us!! The fittings are of a high spec, so we haven't had to upgrade very much. I agree that the finish in the Display Homes is fantastic, so we are crossing our fingers that our home will turn out just as good. There is a Lifestyle Home being built in the same street as our block and the build quality looks geat. The site is the cleanest one in the street, so it looks like the site supervisor keeps a close eye on proceedings.
From reading other posts though, I am not expecting our dream run to continue for the whole project. As long as the errors are fixed promptly I guess I won't have any complaints though.

We came across your post and it mirrors our situation. Have you progressed in the interim and would you have any advice for us? Thanks in advance!

I am not sure whether Perth has its own way of doing things in regards to this. Most of Perth has class A (sandy soil), except for some areas near rivers or hills.
