Sometime I can be outside and use the external door, it pretty hard to get across the garage without tripping on something tring to get to the light switch next to the internal door. Either way there's plenty of light, the only thing that annoys me about having fluros is that if I need the light on, it's usually only to grab something out of the freezer, so by the time the lights are on properly I'm already on my way back out of the garage... They are more efficient than the old T8 tubes though.
