Browse Forums General Discussion 1 Jan 09, 2012 8:05 pm From the outside of my home, one section of my roof looks as if the roof is sagging. The tiles do not look visibly straight in a block as they do in the other roof sections. What does this mean and how do I go about finding someone who can inspect without charging a lot of money ? The house was built in 1981 and is a double brick and tile home. The beams making up the roof would be all wooden I would imagine. I will post a photos here if possible. Thank you for any suggestions, estimations, and or guesses as to what is causing this. p.s. I am presuming the roof has not looked this way for the whole ten years I have lived here but to be honest, am not sure. I was glancing up the other day and noticed. I doubt if insurance will cover anything like this, but you could start there.
