Does anyone know how the SRO strictly defines "Construction Completion"? Is it Stage 1 of a build or is it the final completion (full fit out inside) for the occupancy certificate? Thanks in advance. I would say construction completion is the time at which all of the building works in the contract are complete and signed off.
