Browse Forums General Discussion 1 Oct 21, 2011 4:56 pm So our land in our estate is due to title any day now. I looked on the landata website and it has: Volume/Folio number #1 Identified, charges apply if Title ordered - See TIP above. I ordered a title search for $20 and it gave me folio and volume numbers. Does this mean our land has titled now? An extract from the title search I ordered online: "Lot 157 on Plan of Subdivision 637677K. PARENT TITLE Volume 04691 Folio 110 Created by instrument PS637677K 21/10/2011" It looks like the land of subdivision was registered today at 11:30 so would that mean the land has titled or they are yet to release titles? Thanks (I am really impatient and waiting for my conveyencer to tell me the good news isnt an option ) http://lindeman28.blogspot.com - Our building blog Re: How to tell if land has titled 2Oct 24, 2011 6:32 pm I would guess that the instrument lodged on the 21st is to create the titles. The parent title refers to the title of the land prior to subdivision.
