Browse Forums General Discussion 1 Oct 10, 2011 9:49 am Hi, My wife and I have just purchased a block of land with the intention of building within the next 12 months, our first build by the way. We are about to have our plans drawn up but have not yet selected a builder. In the mean time we are now looking at bricks, roofing options, windows etc and it's all becoming a bit chaotic. I was wondering how others managed this process? I was hoping there was some sort of form that I could download to keep track of selections we have made and things that we would need to consider.
