We have been told my the developer that there is a 12.5 BAL on this block however on our section 149 from council it is saying that we are not in a bushfire prone area. I rand Camden council and they said that whatever is on the section 149 cert is correct and thats what they go off. Our builder is asking for a report of some sort? You can get a surveyor to do this otherwise if your lucky the block of land may have come with this report already. Also if your builder is registered he can fill out the report himself. These reports are specific for each block of land as it takes into account your distance from certain enviromental features and the surronding geography.
