Hi,
Im hoping someone would be able to help me.
I am in the process of getting a valuation for mortgage purpose on a 3 x Townhouse development and have been told if I get three seperate titles, the banks will value all three properties seperately instead of 'in a line' and on one title.
I have read a bit about a section 173 agreement, however would like some help if anyone has gone through this process before. If I am to enter into a section 173 agreement and lodge it, would I be supplied with three seperate titles from then on, or do they amend the current title? I have received my planning permit for subdivision and been informed i can commence subdivision process once my frame is up or through a section 173 agreement. Ideally, I want to subdivide the properties prior to building (for mortgage purposes).
Any help on this information, and if there are any ways of obtaining 3 seperate titles are possible would be much appreciated.
I have called numerous land surveyors, and for some reason just dont seem to get me a straight answer.
Thank you in advance for any help.
Adrian
