Hi everyone,
We are just in the early stages of building our home. They have completed the cut and scrape and with this hubby has seen the space left between the house and the fence his decided he want's to put a 'man cave' up the back left hand corner of the block.
Of course this would be fine till he expressed he would like power and water to it and so we wondered;
- is it better to have it put it now?
- did you also have a conduit put in for a shed or spa as a variation - if so roughly what cost would we be looking at
- Is there anything we should know that i'm not asking
Also with the water, our house plumbing was completed last week, but i can see any plumbing for the garden taps from the photos family are sending though as yet so it might not be too late to ask for a 't' junction at the rear tap.
- would there be a cost with this?
I don't know why my hubby does this to me, as if building a whole 1,200km away isn't stressful enough he now wants to add a few spanners!
Hope someone can help answer some questions, also please if this is in the wrong section please move it, i wasn't too sure were exactly to put this
