It's a closed unit with 3 roller doors. A search on the local council website has identified that no application was made for planning when the shed was built, but I can find no records or information of whether any would indeed have been required. As all regulations were so localised in each shire, and needless to say over the years the councils have been changed, amalgamated, split, I am having a devils own job of finding out the true position.
