"Old concrete posts to be jackhammer at ground level." Should I include this in my Notice of Intention to Perform Replacement, under the "The particulars of my proposal" section perhaps? If so, how should I word it? Should I suggest that the neighbour takes care of 50% of the old concrete posts? Include everything however trivial including rubbish removal and clean-up etc and be particular on your wording, because some unscrupulous neighbors will back out of paying at the slightest excuse.
