I'm just fielding some interest as to whether we launch another forum. Could I please have a show of hands for those that have completed a course to obtain an Owner Builder Certificate. Please send a blank PM with "Owner Builder Certificate" as title. I've also set up a poll to determine which state your Owner Builder Certificate / Permit pertains to. I personally felt it was a waste of time and found it was aimed at people who are only 'project managing' their jobs rather than those doing the actual work themselves.
