Now the builder is quoting $3000 for render the front facade. Like to know does it cheaper if I do later? I dont know about the m2 though. Because the house will be finish the quotes will be very clear as to whats included. Also make sure you use the cheapest brick with the builder so your not covering $$ bricks.
