Browse Forums General Discussion 1 Jan 22, 2008 5:42 pm We have been building with a major builder of steel frame homes, first signed contracts 30 June 2006. As you can see, it has been awhile. Anyway, many months down the track, having many issues, but no-one at the Company seems to really care. Unfortunately we did our contract stage in Melb and then had to be "sent off" to a regional office for the construction. This seems to be a major problem, apart from the fact they can't read plans, arrange tradesmen to actually work on the home. Anyone got any ideas how we can tackle this? Other than go and visit the head office, in person, and sit-in until someone talks to us. We are at screaming stage today. I'd suggest escalating it to the Head Office Management and going as high up the chain as you can. I hope they resolve your issues for you, and get everything back on track. What building stage are you at?
