Hi all,
Our block goes on title next month and we wont be starting building until the end of the year. Anyone know where I can get public liability insurance on the block?. Most places wont touch it as there is no house?
Thanks
Adrian

Cue their builders parking all over my block. Rubbish all over block (food and drink items) plus deep tyre marks from heavy vehicles on the soft soil. I guess though that if they hurt themselves on my block that workers comp would take care of them. My insurance is to cover those who are just out for a spot of trespassing... Cupcake.girl This really depends on your local council. Each one has different definitions and ways to calculate contributions. This is called a contribution… 1 3578 6 11133 |
