We're about to move into a house that's about 50 years old. The tiled roof is pretty tired looking and the building report says it might need to be resealed in the future due to the age and condition of the tiles. The report also said that some repointing is required.
We love the look of Colourbond roofs and we're wondering if we should just replace the whole roof rather than patch up and refresh the old one.
Has any one done this? Could you give me a ballpark price (I know it's hard when you don't know the size of the house - it's four bedrooms, single storey. I'm guessing twenty something squares).
