Cost about $50 per sqm. There are a couple of places you can try - good place is Komplete bricks and pavers. There are a few outlets. I can't help with a supplier, our landscaper provided them as part of the package. We didn't pay even close to $50m, but the landscaper has a secret source he gets them from at a bargain price. I have seen them on a few websites, so I suppose if you want to DIY, it's a matter of ringing around for the best price. They're laid over a concrete slab - recommended for a nice even surface and less chance of everything shifting over time. The alfresco slab was already there, so the landscapers laid a new slab adjoining it and used steel reo rods to tie the two together. I had 28m2 of engineered pavers laid six months back and it was difficult to find someone not taking the pi$$.
