If you are a first home buyer, you will get the discounted stamp duty plus ppr. Our land was $180,000. Think we paid about 6 grand in stamp duty. After contacting our solicitor today, she has informed me that it's only a concession, not a full rebate. We are not first home buyers/builders and we will get an $850 reduction. Our Solicitor gave us the forms to fill out for the PPR, at the very start of our contract on the land. Ring and ask the Solicitor if they did it for you, otherwise you wouldn't have got it.
