Browse Forums General Discussion 1 Apr 26, 2011 2:05 pm Hi guys, We have just recently purchased a block of land in the settlement at Golden Grove and we are considering building the Berkley MKII with Hickinbotham. We have built through them before and not had any issues, but i know that most people these days recommend getting an independent building inspection done at each stage of development throughout the house being built. Has anyone ever used one and were they worth it? If so can anyone recommend one?? Also roughly what are their prices like. The inspectors I am thinking of using is New home inspections. I just posted a thread asking for feedback on this inspector.
